My daughters both do gymnastics and climb. They're just kids but their body position strength and balance are wonderful. It's a joy and an education to watch them climb a route.
I'd like to try gymnastics, but the only local groups (local to me) seem to be aimed at school-age children, so I thought I might give ju-jitsu a bash instead.
Gymnastics is a great sport, but unfortunately beyond a certain level is a sport exclusively for dwarfs. Gave it a try as a kid but stopped when I became too tall.
