Does anyone have experience or advice on this...?

We are in the process of setting up a small business, and we need some sort of formal legal structure around it, rather than just being a sole trader etc. We'd like to register a UK limited company as that's our home country, but we live a bit of a nomadic lifestyle, moving around between countries. This lifestyle will need to continue, in part because of the nature of our new business. Our client base will be in Europe and SE Asia, and will mostly be schools, so they'll want to check us out to see that we are properly registered etc. We will also need a business bank account etc for e commerce.

There must be many people in a similar position nowadays so i wondered if anyone can help out as to the best way/place for us to register our business. We know there will be tax to pay etc and we aren't concerned about this at this stage. Is it possible as someone who isn't a permanent resident in the UK, but who holds a UK passport, to register a Ltd company there? If not, what are the other good options?

Thanks in advance for any advice...

Do you have a permanent UK address? if so just use that. Companies House don't really care how much time you spend out of the country. If not then use a formation service to provide a UK address eg

The UK bank account may be harder to set up for a NR director's company. Company bank accounts are harder to setup anyway so be prepared for that.
