How easy is it to set up top ropes at The Works in Coniston? I'm find with leading the easier ones (I hope) just wondering if I need to dog up the harder stuff to put a rope up.

I really wouldn't waste your time top roping steep dry tooling routes - you'll just get frustrated trying to unclip and lose energy. Just lead them - it's easier and just as safe.

Just get on the steep stuff in the main cave, top roping is not necessary, you are clearly strong enough to get up most stuff there!

The only top ropable stuff really is the industrial area... but that's all easy/a bit rubbish!
