Where are my fuses?

Recently, I had parts of the front end of my car replaced - bumper and lights. I've just noticed that my daytime running lights don't work. When I looked at the fuses I found that four are missing - the ones that are connected with the front lights.

I assume that the garage took the fuses out but I don't understand why.

Can anyone solve the mystery of my missing fuses?

I'm guessing it was more to do with the Sith than the Illuminati

Should I search for them in a woody glade beneath a giant owl?

So the garage took the fuses out to prevent possible shocks or shorts while they were working on the lights and forgot to put them back in.
My best guess is that the fuses are therefore at the garage.
Have you tried buying some more?
I'd be surprised if your daytime running lights have 4 fuses.

I don't know much about cars. If you look here you can see a PDF with a diagram of the fuses. The ones that are missing are: 110 (daytime running lamps ignition supply to controlling switch), 113 (daytime running lamps - parking lamps), 135 (daytime running lamps) and 137 (Battery back up sounder).

I'll buy some more after I've spoken to the garage about it. I don't want to put them back in without checking in case anything else shorts / blows up.

Did they work before the job was done?

So one fuse is the lights on the front, one is the parking lights that should only work when parked up and not when moving, another is to a sounder that bings when you leave your lights on and open the door and the last one protects the switched supply (suggesting that the power to the lights themselves is switched via a relay which is sensible).
