Looking for a partner for a week in La Grave this Jan or Feb. WI4 ish
I've got accommodation in Bourg d'Oisans sorted so it's just flights and a car

Ideally someone based in the south west so we can meet/ climb a bit before we go

This sounds a very interesting proposition. I have limited winter experience (tho I climb rock all year round) but enjoyed an introduction (grade IIs & IIIs in Lake District) last year & would love to do more (bug has bitten, gear purchased, waiting for this year's freeze!). I have the last 2 weeks of January off work. Don't live in your vicinity, but can travel to meet up for some climbing (unless you visit the Peak - my locale). Nik

Do you have set dates? Am based in Edinburgh - so not exactly local to you but well placed for some Scottish winter beforehand!

Hi drgrange - we potentially have 3-4 places going on our trip 29th Jan - 6 Feb - it's a friends trip and I'll be there climbing. We're mostly Bristol and Bath based staying at my place in the Dolomites. I know you have accomodation sorted but thought I'd offer anyway... let me know if you're interested (or the others for that matter)...
