I'd like to do more outdoor bouldering next year, but have no clue what's about in the southern half of the country!?! Can anyone recommend any up to date bouldering guides? I have an old guide for Southern Sandstone, but that's the only place I can think of at the moment..

Thanks
Scott

Hi Scott,

There is a sandstone bouldering guide, but I think it is difficult to get hold of? It is an ok introduction to the area, but much of the rock is a bit wet at the moment and may not be up to much till the spring?

There is also a new guidebook to dorset bouldering, covering portland and surrounding areas, which is really good:

Other than that, the peak is abut 3 hours away?

Hope that helps,

Robert
