Tried to look at the BBC Weather Video on different computers, but not loading properly.(My internet speed is as it usually is at about 30Mbps.) Has the decline started already?

Yep - just trying to get the weather and found the same. So we better all tell each other what's happening.

Sheffield: blue skies and sun currently. Strong winds coming down my street so westerlyish. If someone in Manchester or Brum could tell me what's happening there, I can know what's coming our way.

Will UKC be next?
Do we need to send messages that it is OK to the submarines?

'It is now believed that a web attack technique known as a "distributed denial of service" was causing the patchy response. This aims to knock a site offline by swamping it with more traffic than it can handle.
The attack on the BBC hit the main website as well as associated services including the main iPlayer catch-up service and iPlayer Radio app which were also not working properly.'
