Hi all,
been to Millstone today to video two friends on Masters Edge. Marcin warmed up then led the route failing to stick the jug at the top & taking a huge fall. Rob then decided to toprope the route to the shotholes as a warm up. As he pulled on an undercut hold just below & to the right of the shotholes it broke off. This has left a good sidepull, but this is flexing & will probably break off again if pulled on. They have kept the piece that broke off in case anyone wishes to replace it.

I'd certainly agree with you except the original style of most leaders of this route was to top rope it from most accounts. A.Anderson video I recall especially, "yikes, I fell off and would have decked" (I am not sure of the actual words)

Don't stick the bit back on,put a nice plastic jug there instead please.obviously you can use a brown one so it blends in.
