> UNDER pressure Cornwall Council has issued a statement after Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl penned them a letter in support of Praa Sands rock four piece Black Leaves of Envy. Black Leaves of Envy had been told by the council that they cannot practise in a family home's garage because it is too loud. After complaints from neighbours, Cornwall Council has said they must keep the noise down to about 30 to 40 decibels – no more than birdsong. The band then contacted former Nirvana man Grohl who wrote the letter saying that due to a lack of resources and facilities, garages are often the only option when it comes to practicin
