Training with injured wrists?

Looking for stuff I can do with two injured wrists (possible TFCC tears, waiting for MRI).

I was thinking: core strength (on my elbows and on my back), hip strength and flexibility. Would be great to continue working my chest and back as well.

Any exercise recommendations much appreciated. Cheers!

Use a TRX and sling your forearms using the loops so your not stressing the wrists. Then the only limit is your imagination.

Look up i's,y's and t's, plank, TRX saw, side plank, jack knifes, wipers you name it!

Thanks alx. Can the ITYs be done in both directions, e.g. chest and back?
