Has anyone got a list of names for coaching styles used/taught by BCU/UKCC?

It really depends on who delivers the course to be honest. Remember that in most cases they are only models and shouldn't be blindly followed.

Unfortunately I can't find it on their site (first place I looked) appears that unless you either write it down during training or buy the handbook you're pretty stuffed.

Command
Recipricol
Guided discovery
Self-check

but there are a lot more.
