GillercombeGillercombe Buttress (S 4a)
Ended up doing something different for Pitch 4 of this route. Rather than doing the vegetated corner crack to the left, I climbed up the right of the steep wall that was to the right of the corner (the crack was out of sight from here). This wall had evidently been climbed on both its left and right sides, as there were chalk marks. Going up on the left was much more difficult (I started, but came down), but the right was doable for me.
Does anyone know whether this is a named route, or what the grade might be?
The hardest thing I've led is VS and I would say this felt similar maybe...
