MIA assessment - suggestions

I'm doing my MIA assessment in July, and was wondering where people did their navigation on the nav day, also what kind of rescue scenarios they had to deal with. I understand from talking to someone that these are not the straightforward scenarios shown in training or the books.

Hi Kevin, if you use FB there's a good trainee page worth joining and if you are an AMI member we have an active FB page too where I'm sure you'll get plenty of info.

My Nav assessment was around Bwlch y Moch in the Pass and rescues included a traverse rescue and hauling during which the rope was damaged so what to do next.
