Do you log routes that you've downclimbed in logbook?
Is it harder to climb or downclimb and if you've downclimbed a route, how much easier is it to reclimb once you've downclimbed, and what route would you like to never downclimb. Slabs? Around severe 4a
I also log very steep routes that I've had a good look at from below. Some of them are very steep you know, and you can hurt your neck if you look upwards for too long.
If you down climb a route that you have done before then you have to take it out of your logbook. If you down climb something you haven't led yet then you have to do it twice before you can claim the tick, but on the plus side the second ascent is an onsight.
