As I understand it a vote in parliament is required to submit Article 50?
What will be the Whip for each party?
Will MPs follow the whip, referendum result or their conscience?

Any British Constitionalists able to advise ?

According to Law in action on R4 this pm a vote in parliament is not required to invoke A50 as it is covered under the PM's remit for foreign policy.
