Not really. There's just a surfeit of news just now. Things will look much calmer if you switch off your telly, radio, phone, tablet and computer, stop reading newspapers and don't talk to your friends, family or neighbours.

The world is not changing, just going to hell in a hand cart as usual. Yes, shit is happening - but shit has always happened.
