Not usually one for collecting beta but with a plan to bivvy for a few days near dubh loch, any reduction in weight will be a bonus.
Any advice on what would be definetly needed and what could be left behind greatly appreciated.
Plan to climb eagle ridge then, have a couple.of days on classic vs/ hvs's on creag an dubh-loch.
Thanks

This is going to be the most boring beta ever! Nothing to get concerned about.

Standard rack, nothing small ie micros and no need for anything large ie friend four and above or equivalent. Friend 3.5 or similar hex useful but not essential on Mousetrap crux. Cracks tend to eat wires nicely. A few long extenders useful.

Be prepared for a bit of seepage on the dubh loch right now.

Possibly not so important on VS/HVS but personally I would still take RPs and small cams for the Dubh Loch. Not as though they weigh much!
