Any suggestions?

2 kids 7 and 12 both keen indoors. Have body and sit harness / helmets. Need small crag with easy access.

Ideally about 10-15m I suppose.....a bit like Stanage but near Kendal.

Lower Scout or Sticklebarn crag both in Langdale

Hutton Roof in the lancs guide would fit the bill, 20 mins from Kendal

thank you Lansdale would be fantastic / beautiful, Hutton Roof might be more pragmatic, perhaps I should do all three?

Fairy Steps, Lindale Slabs and Hoad Slabs (Ulverston) are all suitable too.

Hutton Roof - easy access - grassy bottom good for picnic - easy to set up routes and good visibility - lovely rocks and aspect - feels Yorkshire

Lindale Slabs - mini gem of a slab - 2 min access - bolt on top so easy set ups - feels rural

Hoad - limited as one good route with bolt on top - will be bracken around it - good view of Booths Supermarket
