Ok, so small claims court case, default Judgment and then order set aside with a Tomlin order attached. The bar steward's not made a single repayment since the set aside, so I want to enforce the terms set out in the schedule.

I know I need to submit a N244 application notice requesting that Judgment be entered, but not clear on what the fee is, so anyone able to help with this?

The court should be able to help you on the fee.

"Probably" more reliable than UKC......

Google says £255. I'm not a lawyer so I don't know more than that. If you are on benefits etc you may be able to get help with the fee.
