tried to switch my laptop on today, and it isn't booting up. i'm getting an error message:

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (snp2uvc.sys)

it offers me the option to 'reset this PC', 'system restore', 'system image recovery', 'startup repair' (tried, no joy), 'startup setting', 'command prompt', or 'go back to previous build'

recent (? 2 months) 'upgrade' to windows 10

any ideas about best option to take to get a working PC again...?

Google that error message. Many have got rid of it by disabling an integrated webcam.

thanks- need to get it to boot up first! trying to reset it, will see if that gets me back to a point where i can try to deal with the driver problem

System restore probably best option. Likely an update that applied itself since last boot given frequency of updates these days.
