Is there any way that my work mates could reach out to Prince William or his team to make him aware of my mates work with the Blue Light Charity and their Blue Light Walk next week?

Go through the Princes's Trust.

Write to his private secretary. Your time scales are a bit hopeful. The diarys are usually planed some months in advance. Even letter of support is cutting it fine.

Go to Norfolk and stage an accident that will require the Air Ambulance

Suggest: HRH Prince William, C/o Kensington Palace, London SW1. Would think that would reach him but don't know about time scale.
Or check Royal website

contact the Air Ambulance team?

As Wercat says, the Air Ambulance team is probably the simplest way. They'll probably be able to point you in the right direction here:

Going to try that route as well.

Asked a few people at work to see if they can do this.

Was hoping that somebody on here had the Prince's number on speed-dial sort of thing in the hope that he could see my mates webpage and what they are trying to achieve. Especially from a BBC news article this morning about an interview the prince did talking about his experiences while at work.

Would link in quite well and, I'm hoping, raise their profile with his nod in that direction.

Cheers all
