Sorry folks, I pulled the flake off Midnight Summer Dream on Chee Tor on Sunday.
Probably still climbable, but a bit harder now (6b?) and perhaps a bit bolder.
It was clearly ready to go - I can't pull very hard!

Bugger, wish I'd got on it earlier in the year now. As you say though, it was clearly ready to go.

Hope you were ok too.

Is it repairable at all?
I was also hoping to get on it this year.
Hope you're alright anyway

SIKA. Put a f*ckn ledge there thats (apparently) visible from the International Space Station. Worked for me once ,,,,
Hope you're unscathed too.
Taxi!
In reply to Roger@tilda:

You have to make the Sika ledge look like a birdbath, with ducks. Aparrently.

As we speak, Gary is choosing a suitable chunk of Kalymnian limestone, which will be shipped across to the UK.
Whereupon it will be suitably crafted by artesans, then to be winched and suitably engineered into place. Then where one can look in awe and wonderment, and try the movement over such stone and then reflect was it really 6a.
Cheers

Glue it to the start of those routes on Windy Ledge http://www.ukclimbing.com/forums/t.php?t=649719&v=1#x8399041

... as a foothold!
