Just got Back on the ground hog day merry go round of ignoring the signs until it hurts opening a jam jar . I just went to re read the go to elbow article much referenced here and found that he has updated it and also posted a video that I found very useful. Probably been mentioned already but well worth a read of the new article and a watch of the video if you haven't already .

Really useful link, luckily I'm currently only going to store it away for future emergencies, but it looks very worthwhile.

Interesting to see that he's recommending an unbalanced weight as opposed to the previous, tilted dumbbell.
