In this video, Matt Cooper from The Mountaineering Company runs through the knowledge needed to tackle a sea cliff. He covers everything from checking restrictions, how to approach the crag and how to choose where you climb. There's a lot more to think about on a sea cliff, particularly if you've only climbed on single pitch crags, or indoors.
It kinda looks like the guy in the video is abseiling down on an ATC-like device without a prusik backup on the dead rope? Surely not on a video intended to be instructional like this? Would also expect a rope protector to be used on what looks like a semi-static ab rope? Hardly a sharp edge for sure, but surely you'd want to show best practice in this kind of video?

As the other poster has pointed out, he's got the prussik in his hand. With regards to the edge, we're going to cover that - and how to protect them - within a specific video on abseiling.
The BMC have produced an excellent series of videos on this subject - “Sea Cliff Climbing Essentials”. Link to the first in the series: youtube.com/watch?v=MzFWEPp8XN8&
