I don’t understand. What have any of these people done to promote Brexit and/or the Tory party?

There are quite a few people who have been offered MBEs over the years who I would be very doubtful of promoting Brexit or the Tory Party.

The corruption of the honours process to support political ends warrants discussion, but probably not on a thread intended to celebrate the very legitimate achievements of people the UK is very lucky to count among its citizens.

Congratulations to Rhiane, Anoushe (I don't know how to get the accent on the e on here) and Penny on having their hard work recognised.
