NEWS: VIDEO: New E8 and E6 for Pearson & Ciavaldini in Turkey

Caroline Ciavaldini on Jamesinade, E6 6b, Turkey, 5 kb

In this video we see James Pearson make the first ascent of Cobra Crackinette (E8 7a), and Caroline make the first ascent of Jamesinade (E6 6b).

The pair have been travelling extensively around Europe, and this video captures some of that experience, as well as two fantastic looking new routes.

Beautiful! As a Turkish who started climbing only in UK, I always wanted to go back and explore those areas. Bafa Lake area and also further down south towards Marmaris there are many rocky and bouldery areas. It's great to see people are exploring these areas. I just need lots of training to climb cracks without guide books.
