The enormous Behemoth Crash Pad from Metolius is a 6' x 4' (183cm x 122cm) giant for those needing a large landing area. Four inches (10cm) of foam absorbs impacts well, with a one inch layer of hard-cell foam distributing the shock into the open cell beneath.

The Metolius mantra 'safer by design' means that functionality is at the heart of the Behemoth; the carpeted surface works to clean your shoes, grab handles are where you want them to position the pad beneath the climber, and the pad rolls up taco-style for transport, secured by unbreakable buckles. The Behemoth has double shoulder straps and a waist-belt for carrying to and from the boulders.
