Took 7 of my own cams and 4 of my partners, and don't laugh, managed to place 9 of them in total. I was a bit nervous, pretty much placed a cam in every break and called out "watch me" on every move. Almost lost a cam partner couldn't remove, it had walked itself in and was fully cammed tight. Luckily managed to somehow remove it after abseiling down. Must gain confidence and be more careful placing cams!

Brilliant start. Don't forget to step left because direct is quite thin! Found it quite exposed but got a good cam in at 1/2 height. Lovely delicate slopey route.

Excellent! Moves are quite easy for 4c but fairly exposed & sustained with the slopers not giving any respite apart from the jug in the middle. Requires some thought and good observation for the best holds (they are easily missed), found myself shuffling along several of the breaks to get into the best position for each move.

Great route! Can imagine it being very scary without cams, but if you have them, there is pretty much gear at every break! Was suprised how few slopers there was on the bottom section, it was warm aswell, starting to get sweaty! Some nice easy moves all the way up, just starting to get cocky and the holds get a bit more slopey nearing the top. The bottom moves have quite a few jugs, move out left from the initial start and then straight up pretty much, always decent holds to stand on and hold on to. At the top section, I avoided the crack as I was told it was cheating which resulted in some slightly more tricky mantleing probably only 4b though. Feels really nice, but pretty easy for VS if you have plenty of cams?

Tried to lead this a few years ago and couldn't get onto the slab. Looking back I'm really glad I didn't as I probably would've done myself a mischief. Great route but felt very high in the grade for VS. (claiming the onsight, Andy, as groveling up to base of the slab and friggin the mantle like a bender three years ago doesn't count!)

Really enjoyed this route even though I had a nightmare at the start trying to get across to the slab, with an awkward rope position a bit of Elvis leg I think it took about 4 attempts get established onto the slab (with the help of a very kind guy who showed me a better way of doing the move). Of course I've got a good excuse ;) - My feet were like ice blocks and fingers were numb. It's a great route though, would like do it again in the summer.

Top-roped it 10 years ago and didn't remeber a thing about it, so didn't put 'with Beta'. Led as part of my SPA Assessment course (passed !) Started to rain on upper section where holds get rounder, couple of anxious moments before summoning up courage to move up ! Great route.
