30m. Start between Lime Street and God with the crux moving rightwards through the overlap (a poor microwire). Fine climbing above, with spaced, but good, gear.
Crown of Thorns, E4 6a - Make a detour into Lime Street Direct for a few moves then come back left. © ROCKFAX
Start directly between Lime Street and God with the crux moving rightwards through the overlap, protected by a poor microwire. Above has spaced but very good gear, with fantastic climbing. Move into Lime Street along the top break, to avoid the choss as much as possible. Finish at Lime Street stance.
Done on bolts in 1986 by Martin Roome but debolted in 1993. FA in current state by Matt Fry 21/Sep/2009

This climb is in 1 logbook, and on no wishlists.
FA as trad route. One of the best trad routes i've climbed. Grade is a bit of a guess - it took a lot longer than any E6 i've done so far. Hard 6b. Used 2 belayers, no pads. Matt Fry - Lead RP - 21/Sep/09 with Jon Clark, Sam Dixon
