Broke a hold off the top, surprised I managed to cling on!
Couldn't feel my fingers, so cold! Quite blind at the top and some of the gear wasnt very inspiring.

Got to the finishing jugs but had completely run out of steam and took a lob. had another go with the rope still in the high runner but took another lob from the same place. Individual moves aren't difficult, I just didn't have the stamina for it.
Both of us: spanked!
My first E1 onsight,a sustain climb with lots of gear placements[green, red & yellow camalot C4)].Beware of the loose flake. Unfortunately, saw a guy take a fall above the loose flake(7m) and both of his gears popped out and decked. Ambulance was called and hope he is alright.
Beware the loose flake just above the crack - it won't be there forever.... Top tip: if you can, get a wire in above the break before you launch out over it because the headwall is sustained and steep. A couple of medium cams would go in quick on the top section.
Fine to the overlap and then very steep moves. Pumps you up very quickly.

My first E1! very happy it went down onsight. Tech grade is right, wouldnt say the gear is amazing but very good, particularly before the roof.

Good climbing but confidence destroying rock.
