NOT E3. In fact, I've since spoken to the first ascentionist and he has confirmed that more bolts have been put in since he put it up. Originally, he graded it E4 and the grade settled to E3 after a few repeats. Since then, more bolts have been put in. Whoever put those extra bolts in did wrong. Totally unnecessary.
