30m. This route tackles the fine, hanging groove 2m right of Y Meirwon Byw. Start directly beneath the groove of YMB and pull steeply up and right to gain the groove. A single, uninspiring wire protects the technical sequence onto easier ground, and so the grassy ledge. From the right-hand end of the grassy ledge (red tri-cam useful) forge a direct path straight up the wall above passing a thread halfway to finish on the ramp of Death Row. The top half provides a good E3/4 finish to any route the finds itself on the grassy ledge.

First Ascent. Cleaned the line before work yesterday, and some more today. Tried the lower half on abseil, flashed the top half having abbed and cleaned it. Great experience, started raining on grassy ledge. Could be E5 but the start would be a hard, bold O/S.

Brilliant climbing up the Pocketed wall directly through the suicide wall ledge. A couple of techy 6b moves that would be hard without beta. The upper wall is absolutely brilliant to climb and has good gear! Nice one mason! 2 star classic!
