soloed up to the step which stu then led, tricky couple of moves with bad feet but bomber turf hooks.

Bit of a wade up to the steep grooves on the right and even then a lot of clearing required to find gear and the awesome hooks round the back of the blocks. Not a great amount for feet but trust to the turf for the final pull over to easy ground.

lots of snow on the route making climbing hard & awkward. Went to assist in a rescure of a party in Anvil Gully where Phil took a 50 m fall from the very top of the route. Helecopter rescue & Phil hopefully OK!? Also lost my Lumex camaera in all the excitement if anyone finds it drp me a line?
