600m. This is a very long and sustained rock climb of high quality in a surprisingly remote situation. It has seen very few ascents, no doubt due to the fact that the best approach lies directly from Montenvers. A bivouac is unavoidable and the whole enterprise is a lengthy and committing undertaking. 16-18 hr from Montenvers.
