There were 2 bits I didn't like about this climb - the long exposed traverse in to the start and then trying to finish the 2nd pitch and rather foolishy following someones tracks u the right hand side - 30m no runners and a vertical exit! Shiting bricks so John soloed up the other side of the gully and brought me across - not nice. First pitch hard with dry tooling and awkward bridging over the chockstone.

Found there was a lot less snow/ice in the steep middle pitch than initally thought. Very steep move over chockstone followed by scarey climbing over loose choss. Top pitch fine. In hindsight, a poor choice of route in the conditions.

Great route after initially being avalanched half way up lending to the climbs name!!I was fastened in to the right hand wall and martin just under the chockstone when it hit us...brian not so fortunate gatting spat out the bottom only stopping when his 50m rope went tight!!a good day!
