Rob P1, head strait up between trees to right side slab, trending up & right to belay point at tree. Plenty of room before P2 Carl, step up and climb over large flake. Great crack with plenty of opportunity to place gear, keep feet & hands close together until top of crack. Traverse right at top of crack, however BEWARE of large loose flake!!!!! (DO NOT hold on or place gear in this area), there is opportunity to step downwards to great foot placement, then reach across for an opportunity to place gear again. Trend right and upwards to crack, climb this before reaching around and stepping on to large ledge. Finish by heading up towards large rock.

Led P2, slipped and fell about 25 feet from the second belay and landed on my back and neck on the belay ledge. Bomber nut stopped me coming off the ledge entirely. RAF Valley airlifted me to Ysbyty Gywnedd and Aberglaslyn MRT helped Nick get off the crag. Miraculously, I didn't break anything or suffer spinal damage, partly due to being extremely hypermobile. Got away with a mild concussion.

Don't think I have done the first pitch before think I have seconded the second pitch. Lovely day. 8 different routes and did PMP twice leading/being led with daf and alec up it the second time round. Played some games like seconding the 4th pitch and not using my hands(removing a gear was a laugh). Headtorches would have been good.
