[Jokers Wall start, E4 6a Brimham Rocks, 3 kb]14m. The original route of the wall is devious and pumpy - a right comical affair for most. From the ledge at 4m, move right, up and back left to a shelf. Access this with difficulty then escape rightwards. © ROCKFAX
From the first major break at 4 metres make a hard traverse right to a bigger ledge. Step up left to next break and follow this with more difficulty to a sloping ledge on the arete. Gain a standing position on this ledge and move up right to the top.

Tried this one about 10 years ago and came unstuck halfway up. This time I was so nearly off, but my foot was stuck in a break and I managed to hang from it to rest before finishing it of!
