The Corner* HVS 4c
[slab-snoozing, 3 kb](4b,4c,4c)

Climb up to Breakfast Ledge then round to the right and up the brambly corner. Take a deep breath and head off across the tenuous undercut slab traverse under the main overhang to a hanging belay. Third pitch takes you up to the top of the main overhang.

Led P1 and P3. A fine start to the year's trad climbing!

Led pitch 1 & 3. A bold feel to everything, but that wasn't helped by my shakyness from lack of trad climbing! Felt good to get back onsighting stuff. Nice new bolt belay on breakfast ledge!
Stanners - AltLd O/S - 09/Dec/13 with Kyle Williamson

Not quite sure where the first pitch goes, but might have found most of it. Second pitch isn't runout at all, lots of bomber gear (big nuts) in the undercut break (the start of which was slightly wet and full of brambles, so started a low traverse right and climbed up to the break after a couple of meters). Last pitch quite runout but fairly easy. Overall, I expected this to be scary but it wasn't. Quite good, but not really worth any stars I think?

Good fun. Led P2,which was quite terrifying though probably very safe. Also wasn't sure exactly when to go up so did it in the middle of the slab.
squicky - AltLd O/S - 03/Jul/13 with Ben

P1 + 3. Still don't know the line on P1! Excellent delicate climbing on P2 though

Just pitch 3 up to the Gallery after linking in from Reveille. Gear was all over the place but it protects ok in the end, and the climbing wasn't all that hard
Nick Russell - Lead O/S - 19/May/13 with Emily

Great climb, can't believe i hadn't done it before. p1, direct up to breakfast ledge at 5a, run out. then combined p2&3, using horizontal crack in awkward undercut traverse, past beg belay and up with big rope trag to next belay. finished off on ???

Direct start at 5a. Led P1 & 3. Ran pitch 3 together with P1 of Pink Wall Traverse. Escaped right due to fading light.

The Ivanator - Lead O/S - 24/Jun/12 with Stewart

Fell on First pitch under the overhang when trying to remove gear. Frictionless slab was very scary, felt like I was about to fall at any moment and the final right hand hold on the traverse was hard to reach.
George Frisby - 2nd dog - 09/Jun/12 with Chris

Unnerving traverse on P2 and very runout P3, good line though.

lead all pitches - 2nd pitch was by far the best. With there being a large wet patch if the corner were to be followed right to the top, I traversed halfway across the slab before heading directly up to the undercut break.

Matt led the first pitch (which wasn't this or Dawn Walk, easy climbing with a 4Cish move), I led the second and third. Nice route. Bit of an adventure since Matt forgot his belay and I ended up using an alpine rose to bring him up!

Scary as.
mwh - 2nd O/S - 29/Feb/04 with Paz

Got some gear in then foot traversed a low smeary seam. It's easier to hold the slopers below the gear break with feet on ickle blobs, but a lot of people undercut/sit(!) it.
