tonevert - 2nd O/S - 10/Sep/15 with derryn, Kevin Faux

Very wet!
Kaiser999 - Lead - Aug/15 with Adam Richardson

Great climb. Fell off at the top and slid a way down the slab with all fours on the rock - like a cat on a hot tin roof!
Lumbering Oaf - Lead dnf - 16/Sep/14 with James Hoyes, Rach Batt

Too hot and sweaty to lead after a fall/ slide.
Lumbering Oaf - 2nd - 16/Sep/14 with James Hoyes, Rach Batt

Shame it's not longer!
Batt - Lead O/S - 16/Sep/14 with Matt Box, James Hoyes

Hoyes - 2nd O/S - 16/Sep/14 with Matt B, Rachel B

Hidden - Lead O/S - 16/Sep/14

As others have noted, the "vertical grass" finish slightly spoils the experience; still a great route though.
will_benfold - Lead O/S - 12/Sep/14 with Chris Bull

Steve's lead. Good rock as expected, though smelt a bit of guano low down.
Nick Russell - 2nd - 10/Sep/14 with Alex Winter, Steve Shenton

Really rather good.
Alex Winter - 2nd O/S - 10/Sep/14 with Steve, Nick

Mr Powly - Lead - Sep/14 with Rozzy

Hidden - AltLd O/S - Sep/14

Fabulous climbing in a superb position with quite a hairy approach and exit - leave ab rope in place ! PS, done in cool dry conditions and not much poo around at all, except just at the start of the slab itself, on the left.
Jules Lane - Lead O/S - Sep/14 with Mynydd Rob P

Hidden - 2nd - 18/Aug/14

Done straight after a morning of heavy rain. A bit damp but all the more exciting for that, and the fact we'd forgotten one of the climbing ropes!
Dave Musgrove - Lead O/S - 04/Aug/14 with Dave Platt

Nick Biven - 2014

Hidden - 2014

A repeat but I had not led it before. Led on a single half rope after Vaughan forgot his. In fact I could have doubled it up but decided not to risk it as the guide book says it's 34m
cem - Lead rpt - 05/Sep/13 with Vaughan Hewett

Felt pretty steady until the crux right at the top.

Graeme Hammond - Lead O/S - 20/Aug/12 with Becky E

Is the name supposed to ironic? Good route, shame about the guano-impregnated water running down it.
Becky E - 2nd O/S - 20/Aug/12 with Graeme Hammond

Route should be done at high tide.
Jim Slater - 2nd rpt - 19/Aug/12 with Andy Jobling

Running wet in places, very greasy on slab and loose flakes at top made it tough for 5a I thought. Good gear though.
lithos - Lead - 16/Aug/12 with Peri

vertical grass/loose boulder exit - scarmbled up very cautiously while keeping prussic on ab rope. slab itself was greasy and frictionless, with patches of green slime and guano. if this slab is Immaculate in its current condition, then I am the Virgin Mary
pebbles - 2nd - 16/Aug/12 with rob

Surprisingly hard. Very hot.
Ian Jones - 2nd rpt - 10/Aug/12 with Wing Commander Daniel Whaley

Hidden - Lead O/S - 10/Aug/12

Great climbing and although it's covered in bird poo it doesn't detract from the climbing at all, not sure about the vertical grass escape though!
Dan Lane - Lead O/S - 06/Aug/12 with Andy Turner

Hidden - AltLd - Aug/12

Lovely climbing up the corner on an amazing piece of rock! the start was essentially DWS
Alex the Alex - Lead O/S - Aug/12

cymjt - 2012

More like Shitty Slab
nickstephens - Lead O/S - 31/Aug/11 with Nancy Jones

Bit dusty and guano ridden, but great all the same!
Graham Booth - 26/Aug/11 with Courtenay

Not too immaculate at the moment. More covered in bird poo and with a few loose holds ...
bullwinkle - Lead O/S - 22/Aug/11 with Amanda, Alan

Hidden - Lead O/S - 19/Aug/11

Lovely climbing but covered in bird stuff in the lower section. Best done with a big sea!

Fantastic route. To start with the ab in is intimidating. Then, the first few airy moves up the slab above a cauldron sea are heart stopping. Has a puzzling hard move to finish. Best of the grade on Lundy?

Found the last move really hard. Celebrated a clean ascent by throwing a rockshoe into the sea.

An adventure! Uncertainty as to exactly where we were, free hanging abseil, complete commitment and not the most reassuring pro - in fact lots of it lifted out once there were runners above it.
