Did Alpine style, this time not covered in ice! A bit slimey, fun awkward wriggling. Now I've made it on to the full Jammed Boulder Gully-Clogwyn y Person/Ddysgl arete expedition won't be doing this a third time! Worth doing once, bottomless cave and chimney are real fun! (Expect to rope up)

The gully from before the chimney was covered in Ice so avoded the clinmey by taking the right wall, laking in protection everything i placed fell out as i had left my small nuts in the hut, ("Light is right" my arse)asaped to the left of the top of the chiney to grassy skramble.

Very icy, book said 'often covered in green slime' and 'damp' so we should have taken the hint! Most of holds covered in ice which made it tricky but we made it. Squeeze through hole was tight even for me! First grade 3 scramble, pitched most of it due to ice.

went up late in day in piŁ$ing rain and got to top at dark realising that what we had climbed was a common descent route - had to ab back down whole gully in dark to get home - great fun!
