JG work. Loads of snow; buried at bottom, bullet hard on top arete

Started up the gully and moved onto the arête as it looked much more fun. Good nick, turf mostly frozen.

Chimney pitch had lots of good ice. Nice route

Traversed in from the gully as it looked far more interesting.

Drizzly day but surprisingly good climbing nonetheless.

Not ideal conditions (warm), and scarcely any ice in the chimney "which sometimes forms as an ice pitch". Pleasant enough excursion though.

In pretty good nick, some nice patches of nevé around, but a new coating of powder covering most of the holds. Route finding not obvious.

Pretty good nick especially on the steep sections. 90% sure on the right line. Glen Coe guide description very sparse no picture digram or line on the drawn diagram. Some other steeper routes reported to be in better nick. Crazy swirly haw frost looked like sheeps wool.
