Did the start wrong. Travesed out up and left from the belay then instead of coming back round to the right and under the bulge I ended up doing a scary pull rightwards over a roof and into the crack that runs up to the start of the laybacks. Don't know what this does to the grade but thoroughly enjoyed it whatever.
