Brilliant with plenty of quality climbing and lots more actual ice than many other Vs. Thinning in places. Finished up NEB for the full experience. Led pitches 2, 4 (intermediary ice-screw belay) and a shorter than expected 6.

After orion direct. Great route, atmospheric start in a narrow chimney, nice icy traverse halfway, and then a cool ice pitch up at the top. Unbelieveably someone did a shit on the last belay ledge just before we arrived - RANK!

epic! route was in great nick, a bit thin in places but bomber all round. many cruxes all of which are harder than any of point 5. finished up north east buttress with a long traffic jam. 3rd winter route, badass lead from ben!
