The Carbon Stage** 6c+

Rockfax Description
A good route, although eliminate low down. High up it is more independent, with a jump for the short, or long stretch for the tall, to reach the final ledge. Glue-in bolts. © ROCKFAX

UKC Logbook Description
Trad grade E4 6b) Start right of dolerite dyke below a luminous wall. Follow the four bolts to overlap and then a seam (don't use the holds on the right). Go left into a faint crack to finish. Bolt belay/lower off.

Felt lots harder than 6c+.. Prob due to lots of wet holds and a big hole in my shoe.
wolf.leeb - Lead dog - 16/Aug/11 with nic

Done such a while back it felt onsight. Couple of holds out right are fine before rocking back left. Hardest move near the top which i'm convinced i missed by skipping out left first time i did it..
mynyddresident - Lead rpt - 07/Jun/11 with ben

Thin climbing with reachy moves between small edges. Felt quite hard.
farmus21 - Lead dog - 01/Jun/11 with Eugene Theron

there was some alright climbing but so many of the holds were lose/fell off in my hands. the largeish crimp below the third bolt snapped in half when i gave it a tug to check how solid it was and the same happend to quite a number of other holds (maybe freeze thaw over winter??). still maintains its grade of 6c/+ dispite bits coming off :)

First time feeling confident in a long time! Good moves, and despite only 4 bolts it doesnt feel bold.
