The groove is a proper body pump. Wild moves across the fin, and the front of the fin is filthy but easy.

Rock was clammy and off-width section wet (worth leaving this till dry spell and / or later in the day). Really awkward to boot. Up and down twice and very nearly stood up on 2nd attempt but just felt really insecure with conditions and I couldn't commit, think I actually gave up on this and then fell out of the off-width bit trying to retreat. Intrigued to see how this feels when dry.
