Wet first pitch, my first E1 but it felt easy, enough gear even though some of it's runout

Sore throat and full of cold but still really enjoyed the climb and managed to finish successfully. Good, fun, enjoyable route, didn't have any worrying moments which made a change! a bit wet at the bottom, not to much gear on the first bit either but improved after the start. Good to get it done with my dad in the sun:)

2 bits of OK gear on initial wall but no gear proper until horizontal break, lower wall felt slightly bold but ultimately steady. A bit of route finding needed on upper sections. Sufficient gear, just, throughout. Clean open climbing, very good indeed.
