Led P2. A tricky move near the start of the slab with only one nut between me and the belay had me wobbling, but calmed down afterwards and started trusting the small edges and friction.

Loved the climb. Pitch 1 really easy, some bomber placements and pitch 3 through chimney is easy. Pitch 2 on the slab is great, especially the traverse of the slab 2-3rds of the way up, really feeling exposure. Super day, feels like full mountain day with longish walk-in and topping out on ridge with amazing views. Descent a bit tricky on the scree.

First Multi-pitch mountain climb! The second pitch on this is stunning, and Ben delt very well with the run out section towards the top. The third pitch also has some odd and very enjoyable moves if a little easy. Had a hard time finding the decent though due to a poor description in the guide book! Epic day out!!! :D

The whole of the Lakes was bathed in glorious sunshine, except Scafell Crag whiich was shrouded in a very damp mist. This made the heavily chalked slab very slimey.
