Climbed on a dry day but after a day of heavy rain. Not sure took correctly line on P1, very wet and uninspiring. P2 was on proper rock and good holds, gaining comfortable platform with wonderful view. Traverse of P3 is short lived but highlight of the route. P4 again on good rock and gains belay in lovely exposed position. P5 was wet and exposed, but didn't present a problem. Great long route in amazing setting.

Amazing views, great exposure but challenging for the grade, cold (in the shade all day) and wet! Every pitch had at least one tough move with some long reaches and steps- getting onto the traverse was definitely the crux. More enjoyable retrospectively!

Tricky first pitch (though we were probably not on it...) with little gear but straight forward from there. Wet when we did it so some interesting slime...

Led all pitches. First 3 in approach shoes before switching to stickies after the 10 m traverse pitch. Adam's first multi-pitch. P1 a bit damp so had to take a line slightly further right at a similar grade. Highly recommended mountain adventure.
MikeLell - Lead O/S - 17/Jun/13 with Adam Purcell

Led the traverse pitch to link Bosun's and Gripe; a highly recommended venture.

Guided Graeme & Jason up this classic, during the heatwave. Lovely mellow climb and great to lead my friends up it 'guide' style which went well apart from a bit of 'faffing' at the belays.

It started drizzling half way up. Interesting 101m solo...Don't tell my missus or insurers!.. a big hold came off in my hand at about 50m too. Scary. Good buzz topping out, even if it was raining hard by then.

An atmospheric, misty day.
