An alternative to Central Gully if it has already caught the morning Spring sunshine. South Central Gully is the gully to the left of Central Gully and is seperated for most part by the crag to the left of Central Gully. Three quarters up, there can be a small rock step before you enter the snowfield in leaner conditions. Exit the gully towards the summit cairn.

Alpine Conditions, brilliant sun in 16 degrees heat, someday out! Small cornice to overcome at the top but nothing major.
