βeta: There is a massive loose spike at the end of the traverse on pitch 2, where you make a careful step across onto the belay. Natural tendency is to hold the spike - do not! Marked the rock with chalk X but didn't trundle the block as people and bags below. | βeta?

βeta: Saw a post on Facebook about access at this crag from a few months ago and today we were approached by an older gentleman who didn’t want us to climb. We explained that we have spoken to Jamal from Kasbah T and we have permission to climb here. Using google translate he explained it’s not safe and that he is the area ‘chief’, not Jamal. After a bit of back and forth and seeing our passports (I was happy to show although pretty sure he has no reason to see them) and explaining it’s our risk (we have insurance and helmets) etc, he was happy to let us crack on. Although he did say we could only climb for 3 hours max, but he never came back. Just FYI you might be challenged here but as far as we know climbing is allowed. | βeta?
